Restaurant Texture opened in October 2024 on Sølvgade in the heart of Copenhagen.
The foundation is our love for French cuisine – paired with a deep curiosity and passion for what the Danish climate and terroir can bring to the table.
We work with top-quality local ingredients from small producers in and around Copenhagen, complemented by a generous touch of luxury: caviar, truffle, and grand shellfish. The name Texture is no coincidence. Texture isn’t something we always think about consciously, yet it’s all around us – it can soothe, unsettle, or excite. The same is true for food. Flavour is essential at Texture, but a significant part of the experience lies in how everything feels — from the food itself to the wine, the glassware, and the table linens.
Above all, we love nothing more than seeing our guests relax and enjoy their time with us.

Whether you’re hosting a corporate event, cocktail party, luncheon, dinner, meeting, shower, wedding reception, bat/bar mitzvah or rehearsal dinner, we know we can offer you and your guests a truly memorable event. We have a variety of private event spaces that can accommodate up to 180 guests.
